Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://discoversolaris.today and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Brain Edge, LLC ("Brain Edge," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription. By using the Services, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years old;
- You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement;
- Your use complies with all applicable laws.
2. Accounts & Authentication
Account authentication is provided through Auth0. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Providing accurate and current information
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree that:
- Billing information is accurate
- Subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis unless canceled
- You are responsible for managing upgrades, downgrades, or cancellations
We reserve the right to:
- Modify pricing
- Correct billing errors
- Suspend access for nonpayment
Refund policies, if any, are stated at the point of purchase.
4. User Content
You may submit, upload, or generate content within the Services ("User Content"), including but not limited to:
- Campaign materials
- Character data
- Comments
- Community posts
By submitting User Content, you grant Brain Edge a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. You retain ownership of your content.
You represent that your content:
- Does not infringe any intellectual property rights
- Does not violate any law
- Does not contain confidential information you are not authorized to share
We may remove content at our discretion.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse others
- Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
- Share explicit sexual content
- Exploit or harm minors
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Interfere with site security
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems without authorization
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system
- Disrupt or overload the Services
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including but not limited to:
- Logos
- Branding
- Game systems
- Mechanics
- Code
- Artwork
- Text
- UI designs
are owned by Brain Edge, LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission.
7. DMCA Policy
If you believe content on the Services infringes your intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice including:
- Your signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- The URL of the allegedly infringing material
- Contact information
- A good-faith statement

8. Third-Party Services
The Services integrate with third parties including:
- Stripe (payments)
- Auth0 (authentication)
- Discord (community integration)
- Vimeo (video embeds)
- Google Analytics (analytics)
- Amazon Web Services (hosting)
We are not responsible for third-party services or their terms.
9. Service Availability
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability
- Error-free operation
- That defects will be corrected
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
BRAIN EDGE, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO BRAIN EDGE, LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brain Edge, LLC from claims, damages, or expenses arising out of:
- Your use of the Services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your User Content
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Required by law
- Necessary to protect platform integrity
Upon termination, your right to access the Services ceases immediately.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts. You and Brain Edge agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of a class action.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
